On the booking details page you will see an overview of the booking summary including guest information, holiday home information and payment details.

Owner details

If you have any questions or problems with your booking your first point of contact should always be the holiday home owner.

Booking confirmation

An option to view/download a copy of your booking confirmation

Booking amendments

Details of any amendments to the original booking will show should the owner wish to amend your booking. You will have the option to approve/reject any proposed changes.

Cancel booking

This option will let you cancel your booking plus show you any cancellation terms which are applicable.

Leave a review

From the day of departure there is an option here to leave a review. Your review will be published immediately and the owner notified.

Submit a complaint

If you need to make us aware of any serious problems with your booking we recommend you submit a complaint against the holiday home owner. This allows us to track how the owner is responding to the issues you raise.
