No enquiry response
When a visitor submits an enquiry via our website we email details of the enquiry directly to the holiday home owner.
As all the holiday homes are privately owned please be aware an owner may not always be available to respond to your enquiry within a reasonable timeframe due to work commitments, personal issues, etc.
We work closely with our owners to reduce the number of times this occurs, however with thousands of holiday home owners advertising on our website it can sometimes happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you haven't received a response to your initial enquiry we recommend looking for alternative accommodation. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
We do monitor how active an owner is on our website and should we see an owner regularly fail to update their availability, respond to enquiries, etc we will take action to remove them.
