Security bond details

If a security bond was included as part of your online booking this will be held by us until 5 days after the departure date.

The owner is permitted to make a claim against the security bond should it be required to cover any damages caused by the guest.

Progress on the security bond refund will be shown on the booking details page from the day of departure.  

If no claim is made against the security bond we automatically refund the full amount back to the guest. Please be aware it may take up to 7 days for the money to arrive in your bank account.
